Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale test automation frameworks and quality engineering solutions.
- Create test strategies, automation architectures, and scalable testing solutions.
- Test APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
- Advance continuous testing, CI/CD quality practices, and automated testing capabilities.
- Collaborate with software engineers, architects, product teams, and business partners to improve reliability and delivery.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring within Agile teams.
- Apply AI-assisted development and testing, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and spec-driven development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-scale test automation frameworks and quality engineering solutions.
- Strong experience developing automation solutions using Java and modern test automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and automated testing tools.
- Experience with GitHub, source control, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and quality engineering practices.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with and influence engineering, architecture, product, and business teams.
- Preferred experience with cloud-native architectures, platform engineering, continuous testing, advanced test data management, performance testing, and technical leadership.
- Preferred familiarity with GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted development and testing, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, spec-driven development, and Behavior-Driven Development.
