Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and secure applications that meet business and customer needs.
- Analyze customer requirements, identify technical solutions, and diagnose and resolve complex problems.
- Manage technology and data assets through analysis, design, security, and lifecycle ownership.
- Apply modern engineering practices, architecture guidance, testing practices, code reviews, and software development standards.
- Provide technical consultation and direction to business and product teams and participate in software architecture decisions.
- Mentor, coordinate, and delegate work to product and area team members.
- Author technical product documentation and support articles and contribute to open-source communities where applicable.
Requirements
- Experience in software engineering or application development.
- Active development experience with Go, Java, JavaScript, Python, Angular, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with GitHub, Slack, Jira, Codex, Claude, and ChatGPT.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS and compute environments, with familiarity with .NET, Azure, or comparable environments.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; ROSA experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated secure coding practices and familiarity with DevSecGitOps principles.
- Ability to diagnose complex technical problems, provide technical direction, and consult with business and product partners.
- Experience with AWS Well-Architected or related cloud architecture practices, automated testing, TDD/BDD, and strong code review standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Benefits
- Potential starting base salary is $107,000–$170,000, with potential yearly incentive pay up to 15% of base salary.
- Hybrid work arrangement requiring residence near the Tempe, Arizona; Dunwoody, Georgia; Bloomington, Illinois; or Richardson, Texas hub locations, with both remote and office work.
