Base Salary

$106k - $177k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead interface certification projects from onboarding through production deployment.
  • Test, validate, and troubleshoot APIs, interfaces, and healthcare data transactions.
  • Communicate technical requirements, project updates, and implementation plans to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Create and maintain documentation for certifications, implementations, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve integration processes and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in systems integration, interface certification, implementation, API support, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and integration testing tools.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience troubleshooting system integrations, interfaces, and data transactions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders.
  • Preferred experience with healthcare or pharmacy technology platforms and familiarity with HL7, FHIR, NCPDP Script, or NCPDP Telecommunications standards.
  • Preferred exposure to cloud-based integration environments, Postman, SoapUI, similar testing and certification tools, and AI-enabled troubleshooting or testing tools.
