Base Salary
$80k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead demonstrations, implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment support for supply chain and transportation technology solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise on transportation management systems and client system integrations.
- Define business requirements, design processes, support organizational change, and maintain functional requirements documentation.
- Research best practices and technology-driven solutions and identify process and strategy improvements.
- Collect, mine, and analyze data to develop value propositions, simulations, cost savings initiatives, network optimization opportunities, and transportation redesigns.
- Manage projects through implementation and communicate project activities to internal stakeholders, clients, and business partners.
- Investigate root causes, recommend process improvements, and implement action plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, decision support systems or technology, transportation management, distribution, or procurement.
- Experience using Microsoft BI, Access, and Excel for data mining and simulations within customer supply chains.
- Preferred bachelor’s or advanced degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or another technical or analytical field.
- Preferred experience with ILOG, Supply Chain Guru, Appian, data modeling, logistics-related systems, and transportation management systems.
- Preferred experience with Lean Six Sigma, data analysis for modeling or network optimization, presentation delivery, and project management.
