Responsibilities
- Design, code, configure, and enhance custom software and SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting components.
- Analyze complex financial accounting scenarios and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and help manage team execution and decisions.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and ERP integration.
- Experience customizing and configuring SAP FI modules for business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and develop efficient, maintainable technical solutions.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
