Base Salary
$190k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Leverage advanced coding tools to accelerate feature prototyping and code generation.
- Act as the ultimate reviewer and architect, defining specifications and reviewing AI-accelerated output.
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and applications for user service.
- Collaborate with product, client services, and data science teams to enhance data outputs.
- Take ownership of designing and launching enterprise-grade applications.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in the full feature development life cycle.
- Proven fluency in using agentic coding tools like Cursor AI and/or Claude.
- 5+ years of engineering experience with expertise in Python and SQL.
- Experience in designing and launching backend architectures for multi-tenant scenarios.
- Ability to write technical design documents and perform code reviews.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent collaboration skills and openness to feedback.
- Analytical mindset to enable data-driven decision making.
