Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems with high availability and performance.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
- Ensure designs comply with specifications.
- Investigate alternative technologies and present recommendations for architectural review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Java development.
- Hands-on software development and proven working experience with Java.
- Experience with object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
- Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies including JPA2 and Hibernate.
- Experience with the Spring Framework.
- Experience with Apache frameworks, Tomcat, and Maven build tools.
- Experience using Git version control.
- Strong understanding of software testing, including unit, integration, end-to-end, performance, and test-driven development.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus.
