Responsibilities
- Develop and architect customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Implement Dynamics 365 Sales functionality, including lead and opportunity management, business processes, and business logic.
- Develop Dynamics 365 Marketing, Customer Insights – Journeys, and event management capabilities.
- Use Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including PCF Controls and Custom Pages.
- Design and implement interfaces, system integrations, complex data models, and data flows between Dynamics 365 and surrounding systems.
- Analyze and resolve data inconsistencies across integrated systems.
- Implement identity and access management solutions such as Microsoft External ID.
- Develop Power BI reporting using Dynamics 365 data.
- Design frameworks, reusable components, and technical architecture patterns.
- Support large-scale migrations, refactoring, and modernization of complex codebases.
- Apply software engineering principles emphasizing code quality, maintainability, scalability, and performance.
- Explore Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft AI capabilities, Model Context Protocol, and MCP Servers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
- 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
- Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and solution architecture experience.
- Experience developing customized Dynamics 365 solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Insights – Journeys, event management, and Power Platform technologies.
- Experience designing integrations, data models, data flows, reusable frameworks, and technical architecture.
- Experience with data quality management, identity and access management, Power BI reporting, migrations, refactoring, and codebase modernization.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering principles related to code quality, maintainability, scalability, and performance.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem is expected; knowledge of MCP and MCP Servers is an advantage.
- Senior and architect-level candidates must retain strong hands-on development capabilities.
