Base Salary
$240k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship services for custody, transfers, issuance, and compliance workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers, compliance, and engineers in a cross-functional team.
- Take ownership of a service or capability and lead medium-scope projects.
- Improve system reliability through better logging, tracing, and failure handling.
- Drive cross-service initiatives and shape technical direction with design documentation.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Go and TypeScript/Node.js; familiarity with Rust is a plus.
- Experience with service patterns like gRPC and REST, and data processing tools such as Postgres and Redis.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements in regulated environments.
- Ability to design stable APIs and build robust job flows for high-throughput transfers.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, and observability tools.
