Base Salary
$250k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of the real-time bidding system.
- Create robust data pipelines for handling massive data volumes.
- Architect and develop external and internal APIs for platform integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the tech stack.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of ad-tech-scale data and ML solutions.
- Partner with executive leadership to establish strategic visions.
- Foster a culture of open and transparent communication.
- Coach others on navigating challenging conversations.
Requirements
- At least 15+ years of experience in building scalable backend systems.
- Background in AdTech with hands-on experience in bidding systems.
- Experience with Kafka or similar streaming systems.
- Proven track record of improving stability, performance, and scalability.
- Ability to independently own complex projects and deliver high-quality code.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- T-shaped expertise with proficiency across various technologies.
- Ownership mentality and passion for technology trends.
