Base Salary
$250k - $413k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build complex, high-quality user interfaces for localization workflows using modern frontend architecture.
- Design and consume GraphQL and RESTful APIs and work across services built in Java or similar object-oriented languages.
- Build resilient, high-scale, low-latency production services and translate business requirements into technical designs and data models.
- Partner with design, product, engineering, and business teams to build, test, deploy, and launch workflow products.
- Help develop reliable AI-native and agentic workflows involving orchestration, automation, failure recovery, and human-in-the-loop processes.
Requirements
- Deep experience with HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, React, component design, state management, performance optimization, and modern frontend architecture.
- Strong UI/UX judgment and experience building clear, predictable interfaces for enterprise users.
- Experience designing and consuming GraphQL and/or RESTful APIs and working across the stack with Java or similar object-oriented languages.
- Track record of building resilient, high-scale, low-latency production services and translating business needs into technical designs and data models.
- Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, navigate ambiguity, make tradeoffs, and demonstrate technical leadership.
- Bonus: experience applying AI in production, including integrating LLMs into user-facing or internal tools.

- Annual salary and stock options, with compensation allocation selected annually; the stated salary range is $250,000.00–$413,000.00.
