Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, implement, and support SAP ABAP and Fiori solutions across client projects.
- Deliver RICEFW objects including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Work on OData, WebDynpro, Adobe Forms, ABAP HR, SAP S/4HANA migration, and related development requirements.
- Facilitate design workshops, analysis, process mapping, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and support cycles.
- Implement outbound and inbound ALE/EDI communications and integrations with SAP HR, logistics, finance, and other modules.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams while adapting to different client situations and learning new methods.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of relevant experience and 13 or more years of total experience in SAP ABAP technical consulting.
- Strong SAP ABAP configuration and implementation experience in support projects.
- Good knowledge of RICEFW development using SAP ASAP or SAP Activate methodology.
- Hands-on experience with OData, WebDynpro, Adobe Forms, workflows, ABAP HR infotypes and pay areas, and SAP Fiori.
- Rich experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including S/4 migration activities such as ATC, SPDD, and SPAU.
- Experience integrating SAP ABAP/Fiori with HR, SD/LE, MM/WM, PP/QM, FICO, and other SAP modules and products.
- Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
