Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale supply chain planning implementations and global transformation programs.
- Architect scalable solutions for complex customer requirements and independently drive solutioning discussions.
- Deliver hands-on implementations involving BY ESP, demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, order promising, and advanced supply chain planning.
- Lead customer discussions, manage stakeholders, and serve as a trusted advisor for supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Enable faster deployments and improved customer adoption through AI-enabled implementation approaches.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in supply chain planning implementations and consulting.
- Hands-on implementation experience with BY ESP and supply chain planning solutions is required.
- Strong supply chain domain expertise and experience architecting complex global transformations are mandatory.
- Strong customer-facing consulting, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with Kinaxis, o9, OMP, SAP APO/IBP, or Oracle Supply Chain Planning is advantageous.
- Experience with SQL, Python, Oracle, Snowflake, cloud-native planning architectures, APIs, integrations, and supply chain data models is preferred.
- Understanding of AI/ML-driven planning, ML-based forecasting, agentic AI, AI automation, or GenAI implementation accelerators is preferred.
- Global consulting or supply chain transformation experience and APICS or supply chain certifications are preferred.
