Responsibilities
- Unblock customers facing setup issues and architectural challenges.
- Identify patterns and build solutions to prevent recurring problems.
- Translate business objectives into technical implementation paths.
- Create reusable technical guides, templates, and scripts.
- Capture customer challenges and document gaps for product feedback.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
- Strong foundation in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Experience with JavaScript and related technologies.
- Deep understanding of APIs and modern DevOps practices.
- Proven ability to deliver working solutions quickly.
- Experience building scalable technical collateral.
