Responsibilities

  • Unblock customers facing setup issues and architectural challenges.
  • Identify patterns and build solutions to prevent recurring problems.
  • Translate business objectives into technical implementation paths.
  • Create reusable technical guides, templates, and scripts.
  • Capture customer challenges and document gaps for product feedback.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Strong foundation in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Experience with JavaScript and related technologies.
  • Deep understanding of APIs and modern DevOps practices.
  • Proven ability to deliver working solutions quickly.
  • Experience building scalable technical collateral.
