Responsibilities
- Design and provide technical leadership for end-to-end solution architecture in complex system implementation projects.
- Support the implementation of a Retail Field Service Management solution and the RAMSES Replacement program.
- Design and coordinate the architectural replacement of legacy systems.
- Develop integration architecture for ERP, payment, loyalty, back-office, POS, and other enterprise systems.
- Design API-based and microservice architectures.
- Collaborate with business teams, development teams, vendors, and project managers.
- Provide architectural support for multi-country implementations.
- Support cutover and hypercare phases.
- Document architecture and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture guidelines.
Requirements
- Several years of Solution Architect experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Significant experience with large-scale IT system replacement and implementation projects.
- Strong integration knowledge across ERP, POS, payment, loyalty, and back-office systems.
- Confident experience designing API and microservices architectures.
- Experience developing enterprise architectures.
- Vendor management and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience supporting complex cutover and hypercare phases.
- Confident English proficiency at B2-C1 level.
