Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements, technology architectures, system interdependencies, application stacks, and operating procedures.
- Design, develop, execute, and report on automated tests covering functional, regression, performance, and non-functional requirements.
- Build, improve, and maintain reusable automation frameworks, libraries, and automated testing tools.
- Create test plans, test cases, scenarios, usage cases, acceptance criteria, and automation backlogs.
- Track defects, resolutions, bug fixes, validation results, coverage metrics, deployment risks, and mitigation measures.
- Collaborate with Agile delivery teams, developers, business subject matter experts, testers, support personnel, users, and clients.
- Develop strategies and tools to improve continuous deployment practices and automate software validation processes.
- Perform backend and database programming for key projects when required.
- Document automation processes, test cases, debugging data, code, and project outcomes according to Wipro guidelines.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Mandatory FullStack SDET experience.
- Experience designing and implementing automated testing tools and automation frameworks.
- Ability to perform functional, regression, performance, and non-functional testing.
- Ability to develop test plans, test cases, technical specifications, and automation solutions.
- Ability to perform backend and database programming for key projects.
- Ability to collaborate with development, delivery, business, testing, support, and client stakeholders.
- Knowledge of software validation, defect tracking, deployment practices, design patterns, and industry standards.
