Responsibilities

Design, develop, support, and enhance Trade Operations web applications, portals, dashboards, reporting solutions, backend services, and APIs.
Build and maintain data ingestion, transformation, ETL, and automation processes to improve operational efficiency and data quality.
Develop monitoring and alerting solutions and troubleshoot applications, APIs, databases, data pipelines, and ingestion processes.
Support AWS-hosted applications and contribute to cloud modernization, scalability, reliability, security, and performance initiatives.
Provide technical support to global Trade Operations teams, ensure SLA adherence, document systems, and maintain business continuity.

At least 6 years of data engineering or software engineering experience.
A degree in computer science or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL and skill in at least one of PHP, Python, or Java.
Experience with web development, application support, monitoring, troubleshooting, data modeling, data warehousing, and database design.
Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, listening, customer-focus, and teamwork skills, with fluent written and verbal English.
