Responsibilities

  • Lead ServiceNow architecture, solution design, development, implementation, and technical delivery across IRM, BCM, and SecOps.
  • Design scalable platform architecture, development standards, governance controls, integration patterns, and performance improvements.
  • Configure IRM/GRC capabilities including risk management, policy and compliance, audit management, regulatory change management, controls, indicators, issues, and remediation workflows.
  • Design BCM capabilities including business impact analysis, continuity planning, recovery management, crisis response workflows, continuity testing, and resilience processes.
  • Implement SecOps workflows for security incident response, threat prioritization, vulnerability remediation, and threat intelligence integrations.
  • Develop ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications, security platforms, CMDB, and operational data sources.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments; mentor developers and administrators.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and QA, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams during deployments and production releases.
  • Support platform upgrades, release activities, dashboards, reporting, performance optimization, and enterprise governance.

Requirements

  • 10–16 years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow implementation and architecture expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with IRM/GRC, BCM, and SecOps implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, ServiceNow scripting, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Experience implementing Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, risk and compliance workflows, and business continuity processes.
  • Understanding of CMDB, enterprise integrations, security operations, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with SIEM tools, vulnerability scanners, cloud security platforms, or identity and access management solutions is preferred.
  • Exposure to operational resilience frameworks and enterprise-scale digital transformation programs is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL practices is preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, CIS – Risk & Compliance, or additional ServiceNow implementation or architect certifications are preferred.
