Responsibilities
- Manage configuration, lifecycle upgrades, performance, and operational stability for the Blue Yonder WMS environment.
- Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Blue Yonder WMS, Centiro, and enterprise systems.
- Investigate API errors, message-processing issues, transaction inconsistencies, and other integration failures.
- Support customer-specific labeling workflows and validate them during upgrades and changes.
- Support integrations with Locus Robotics, KNAPP, conveyors, and scanning equipment.
- Lead logistics projects from solution design through testing, error correction, and go-live.
- Lead integration testing and release validation for upgrades, releases, and configuration changes.
- Collaborate with global DCIT teams to align solutions, share best practices, and support logistics strategy.
- Lead technical collaboration and escalations with technology vendors, system integrators, and automation suppliers.
- Lead high-impact incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Mentor Application Engineers and support documentation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT, or equivalent experience.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience with WMS and logistics applications in a distribution or supply chain environment.
- Hands-on experience with WMS configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and message-based interfaces.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills with knowledge of relational databases.
- Experience leading or playing a key role in IT projects from solution design through testing and go-live.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to root cause analysis.
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly and build consensus with stakeholders and vendors.
- Collaborative experience working across regions and time zones.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Preferred: experience with Blue Yonder/JDA WMS, Centiro or other delivery management platforms, warehouse automation or robotics integrations, and labeling solutions.
