Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered and agentic solutions that integrate with WPP portfolio products or operate as standalone systems.
- Build Human2System, System2System, Agent-to-Agent, and agentic data pipeline architectures.
- Implement and optimize solutions using Microsoft Copilot Agent Studio, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, LangChain, LangGraph, and n8n.
- Develop and maintain custom Model Context Protocol tooling and agent-tool governance solutions.
- Design production RAG pipelines, vector embedding frameworks, and comprehensive AI evaluation frameworks.
- Build APIs and integrations with FastAPI and document AI workflows, agent logic, governance, and system architectures.
- Collaborate with AI and engineering leads and Agile project managers to resolve technical blockers and integration challenges.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in automation, technology development, or software engineering, preferably with Python.
- At least 3 years of dedicated experience with AI/ML systems, agentic frameworks, or intelligent automation technologies.
- Expert proficiency in Python or TypeScript and deep knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, and FastAPI.
- Production experience with RAG and vector embedding frameworks, Model Context Protocol, and Agent-to-Agent architectures.
- Experience designing and maintaining evaluation frameworks for AI system performance and quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with foundation and specialist models across multiple providers.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Agent Studio is preferred.
- Experience working in Kanban or Scrum environments and resolving model-performance, integration, and technical-blocker issues.
- Strong English writing and verbal communication skills and careful maintenance of AI configurations and governance documentation.
- Mandatory certification of either AI-102: Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate or Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer.
- The other listed AI-102 or Google certification, GH-300, and PL-900 are desirable, with GH-300 and PL-900 required within three months of joining.
