Responsibilities
- Design foundational patterns and guardrails for AI agent deployment in production.
- Mentor senior engineers in advanced agentic patterns and production prompt engineering.
- Oversee large-scale distributed systems on AWS, solving performance and stability challenges.
- Shape the evolution of the developer control plane as an AI-augmented self-service platform.
- Act as a liaison between cloud operations, AI infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and managing distributed systems.
- Proven experience mentoring senior engineers and leading platform initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience architecting and scaling AI-driven systems in production.
- Mastery of AWS and expertise in containerized and serverless architectures.
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Deep knowledge of observability tools and metrics-driven decision-making.
- Strong coding expertise in Python and/or Go.
