Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications for the healthcare AI platform.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into technical designs and user-friendly interfaces.
- Build and optimize APIs for integrations with healthcare systems and third-party services.
- Apply code quality, testing, and continuous integration and deployment practices to maintain reliable software.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across the front end, back end, and infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Work with data scientists to deploy machine learning and natural language processing algorithms into production.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and engineering standards.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant work experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong coding, debugging, problem-solving, and scalable solution delivery skills.
- Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue and back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
- Ability to design and implement solutions across multiple services and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience writing maintainable, well-tested, and reliable code using software development best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure and containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication and a collaborative approach are required.
