Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end AI-powered applications with user interfaces, backend services, and model orchestration.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval and grounding.
- Develop and deploy LLM workflows and agents supporting multi-step reasoning, tool use, and orchestration.
- Integrate models through APIs and hosted platforms including Databricks and Azure AI Foundry.
- Develop LLM evaluation frameworks and automated testing and benchmarking for prompt chains and agents.
- Define and monitor LLM metrics including precision, recall, grounding fidelity, accuracy, relevance, hallucination detection, and safety.
- Build and optimize Databricks data pipelines using Spark and Delta.
- Design and query structured and semi-structured datasets in Postgres and enable retrieval layers using vector search, embeddings, and indexing strategies.
- Develop AI agents within Databricks and Azure ecosystems using orchestration frameworks.
- Build reusable services and APIs for agent capabilities such as search, summarization, and reasoning.
- Contribute to lightweight React or similar front-end interfaces and Python-based backend APIs.
- Support production readiness through logging, monitoring, scalability, and security practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in AI engineering, AI application development, LLMs, and Python.
- B.E., B.Tech, or higher degree required.
- Experience with full-stack application development, RAG, LLM evaluation, agent-based architectures, data pipelines, and backend services.
- Experience with Databricks, Azure, Postgres, AI or agent orchestration frameworks, and front-end development is required by the stated role scope.
