Responsibilities

Design and develop full-stack applications with a strong focus on Java backend services and modern frontend frameworks.
Build, integrate, and maintain performant, secure, and scalable RESTful APIs.
Contribute to system design, architecture decisions, and long-term maintainability.
Support CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and basic cloud or Kubernetes deployments.
Participate in requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
Write clean, testable, and documented code and troubleshoot production issues.
Contribute to observability, monitoring, incident response, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior team members when applicable.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of professional software development experience in a product-oriented environment.
Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks including Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA.
Experience with frontend development using a modern JavaScript or TypeScript framework.
Hands-on experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Understanding of software design principles, design patterns, system design, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Ansible, Kafka, RabbitMQ, JUnit, Mockito, Cypress, Playwright, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Dynatrace.
Preferred exposure to product development, event-driven architectures, microservices, TDD/BDD, OWASP Top 10, and secure coding.
