Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of customer engagements from discovery to implementation.
Act as a trusted technical advisor for architectural decisions and opportunities.
Design and build custom agents, integrations, and automations for Notion.
Oversee large-scale content and data migrations, ensuring optimization.
Translate business and technical requirements into well-architected solutions.
Create feedback loops with Product, CX, and Engineering teams.
Develop frameworks and standards for complex migrations and implementations.
Contribute to the evolution of the Services team with best practices and methodologies.

4+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role, preferably in SaaS.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, or Python.
Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences.
Proven track record of delivering customer value through technical solutions.
Fluency in English and French.
