Responsibilities
- Present Snowflake’s technology and vision to customer executives and technical contributors.
- Demonstrate and communicate the value of Snowflake technology throughout the sales cycle.
- Create and develop technical champions in accounts to drive deals.
- Present Snowflake roadmap features and functionality confidently to customers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitive technologies and position Snowflake accordingly.
- Collaborate with sales engineers to learn from experiences and improve performance.
- Work with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to enhance products.
- Represent Snowflake at industry or customer events.
- Collaborate with partners to build joint architectures and strategies.
Requirements
- Sales engineering or solution architect experience in a SaaS environment.
- Outstanding presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Understanding of data architecture, analytics, and cloud technology.
- Hands-on experience with SQL.
- Ability to solve customer-specific business problems with Snowflake’s solutions.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills, both written and verbal.
