Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define solution architecture, integration patterns, data flows, and nonfunctional requirements aligned with enterprise standards.
- Evaluate design options, document technical tradeoffs, and guide implementation through architecture reviews and technical decisions.
- Produce architecture decisions, diagrams, interface specifications, data flows, and technical standards documentation.
- Establish security, scalability, availability, observability, maintainability, and upgrade-readiness practices across environments.
- Collaborate with product owners, analysts, developers, testers, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to resolve cross-system dependencies and support releases.
- Mentor teams and guide the development of secure, reliable, and maintainable Community Care solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in software architecture, solution architecture, or a technical architecture role.
- Experience producing architecture decisions, diagrams, interface specifications, data flows, and nonfunctional requirements.
- Experience evaluating design options, documenting technical tradeoffs, and guiding implementation through architecture reviews and technical decisions.
- Experience with secure integrations, APIs, data models, cloud or enterprise platforms, and software development lifecycle governance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred experience designing or architecting Pega solutions, case-management platforms, workflows, integrations, data objects, rules, and decision logic.
- Preferred experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, federal health IT, or regulated healthcare programs.
- Preferred experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, Microsoft 365, collaborative Agile delivery tools, healthcare interoperability, FHIR, X12, EDI, Edifecs, Azure, Databricks, or Power Platform.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, independent work ability, communication skills, and commitment to secure, accessible, testable, and supportable products.
