Responsibilities
- Implement Dayforce Workforce Management modules for enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand time tracking, scheduling, compliance, and labor requirements.
- Design, configure, test, document, and troubleshoot client-specific WFM solutions.
- Translate business challenges into structured software-based solutions and identify root causes and resolution paths.
- Participate in client workshops, internal design reviews, testing cycles, and project-team activities.
- Develop platform knowledge, consulting skills, and functional expertise through project mentorship and formal training.
Requirements
- Applicants may have 5–7 years of experience in HR, business operations, scheduling, retail leadership, or workforce administration, or may be recent graduates from business or technical programs.
- Client-facing, analytical, or support experience and an interest in implementation-focused technology consulting are valued.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to move between technical and business language are desired.
- Structured problem-solving, technical curiosity, adaptability, proactive behavior, client focus, and a growth mindset are valued.
