Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, prioritize, and accelerate high-value customer opportunities with regional sales and go-to-market teams.
- Develop business cases, articulate ROI and business value, support forecasting, and help unblock commercial pathways.
- Lead solution validation, architectural design sessions, proofs of concept, pilots, hackathons, demonstrations, and early functional experiences.
- Guide customers through technical barriers and adoption challenges while aligning solutions to business outcomes and market priorities.
- Engage strategic technical and business decision makers as a trusted advisor and lead executive-level conversations.
- Create reusable sales guidance, solution patterns, ROI frameworks, proposals, whitepapers, blogs, and event content.
- Provide field-validated product feedback and influence product roadmaps, monetization models, competitive positioning, and go-to-market readiness.
- Enable field teams and partners by sharing architectures, best practices, learning opportunities, and scalable solution guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field and 8+ years of experience in technical solution architecture, enterprise sales, business development, strategic consulting, technical consulting, or a relevant/prioritized industry, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 12+ years of experience in the stated technical, sales, consulting, business development, or industry areas, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: relevant technical certifications in cloud technologies, solution architecture, or a related domain, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
- Strong technical, business, customer advisory, enterprise sales, strategic consulting, solution incubation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities are required by the role scope.
