Responsibilities
- Implement Dayforce Workforce Management modules for enterprise customers across Australia, New Zealand, and other regions.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand time tracking, scheduling, compliance, and labor-policy requirements.
- Design, configure, document, and test client-specific WFM solutions.
- Translate business challenges into structured software-based solutions and logical configurations.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues, identify root causes, and determine resolution paths.
- Participate in client workshops, internal design reviews, testing cycles, and project team activities.
- Build platform knowledge, consulting capability, and functional expertise through project work, mentorship, and formal training.
Requirements
- Candidates may have 5-7 years of experience in HR, business operations, scheduling, retail leadership, or workforce administration.
- Recent graduates from business or technical programs are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in client-facing, analytical, or support roles and interest in an implementation-focused technology career are valued.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts in both technical and business language are preferred.
- Structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, adaptability, proactivity, technical curiosity, client focus, and willingness to learn are valued.
