Responsibilities
- Become a hands-on expert in the Brightspace platform.
- Support the sales process by understanding D2L products and services.
- Prepare and present tailored product demonstrations to various audiences.
- Conduct needs analysis sessions with prospects to identify their requirements.
- Provide feedback to product management regarding use cases and trends.
- Create technical documentation and materials for prospects.
- Attend sales presentations, meetings, and conferences as required.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience using ed tech in a K-12 setting.
- Knowledge of learning management systems and educational technology.
- Excellent presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex business challenges.
- Strong writing and comprehension skills.
- Ability to work remotely in a professional manner.
