Responsibilities
- Provide application support and troubleshoot production issues.
- Monitor application performance and system availability.
- Analyze, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and service requests.
- Support application enhancements, fixes, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with developers, business users, and support teams to identify solutions.
- Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Follow established support processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Approximately 1 to 2 years of experience in software engineering, application support, internships, or relevant project work.
- Strong knowledge of Java, which is mandatory.
- Understanding of Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and application troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with REST APIs.
- Preferred exposure to Python, Shell Scripting, and Jupyter Notebook.
- Fresh graduates with strong Java technology projects or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain required security clearance and site access approvals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, learning, and adaptability skills.
