Base Salary

$118k - $207k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic enterprise architecture, technical planning, application integration, and modernization across cloud, data, AI, and SaaS environments.
  • Design and document enterprise data models, business processes, APIs, Salesforce solutions, and related system architectures.
  • Establish architecture governance structures, standards, policies, and frameworks across the enterprise.
  • Analyze current and desired system landscapes, identify gaps, and deliver solutions aligned with business outcomes.
  • Lead enterprise-level technical strategies and projects through the full software development lifecycle.
  • Mentor teams on architecture, development technologies, tools, and processes.
  • Collaborate with global business, technology, product, infrastructure, operations, and information security stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects, work streams, risks, priorities, and deadlines while supporting cross-functional execution.
  • Measure program effectiveness and business results using dashboards and content management systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of relevant technical architectural experience, with developer expertise preferred.
  • At least seven years of experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect and/or technical consultant.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, application development, data modeling, and security protocols.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and MuleSoft.
  • Ability to define data and process workflows, lead cross-functional discussions, and integrate Salesforce with other business systems.
  • Experience with campaign-to-cash business processes, single-org deployments, and multi-org consolidations.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, data management, and architecture best practices.
  • Experience leading large, complex projects and programs across applications, infrastructure and operations, and information security.
  • Experience with agile development or Scrum project management methodologies.
  • Salesforce CPQ Administrator, Salesforce Application Architect, or Salesforce System Architect certification is preferred or a plus.
  • Lean Sigma or CAP training is preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, organization, prioritization, adaptability, and stakeholder leadership skills.
