Responsibilities
- Build data-dense interfaces for compensation teams to explore benchmarks, price roles, and evaluate pay decisions.
- Architect scalable frontend code and establish high standards for performance, interaction quality, and accessibility.
- Drive technical strategy and remain accountable for delivering product outcomes.
- Create reusable patterns, abstractions, and systems that extend beyond individual contributions.
- Develop engineers through coaching, mentorship, and feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
- Empathy for compensation teams and an understanding of employee pay-pricing challenges.
- Strong prioritization judgment, including the ability to identify what should be descoped.
- A track record of clear communication in ambiguous and high-stakes situations.
- A holistic, systemic approach to technical decisions.
- Ability to create reusable systems and act as a force multiplier.
- Ability to ship thoughtful solutions in a fast-paced environment without over-engineering.
