Base Salary
$126k - $157k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship zero-to-one AI products end-to-end from customer discovery to production deployment.
- Build agentic AI systems using LLMs and orchestration.
- Develop AI tools to improve efficiency in clinical operations and workflows.
- Commercialize AI research by partnering with the AI lab.
- Contribute to model training, fine-tuning, and optimization of oncology models.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2 years in AI/ML or LLM-powered products.
- Demonstrated ability to ship end-to-end AI features or products.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills, proficient in Python and modern web frameworks.
- Production experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- High agency and autonomy in driving projects to completion.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex AI concepts to stakeholders.
