Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Translate customer and partner problems into Microsoft cloud and infrastructure solutions aligned with business, security, compliance, operational, and ROI goals.
- Deliver technical solutions through proofs of concept, minimally viable products, technical validations, advice, training, and implementation support.
- Provide technical pre-sales support, unblock customer deals, grow solution utilization pipelines, and support partner offerings and implementations.
- Guide customers toward secure, resilient, AI-enabled, cost-optimized, and performance-optimized architectures.
- Identify risks, blockers, customer insights, market opportunities, and scalable solution patterns while collaborating with Microsoft engineering, product, sales, partner, and customer teams.
- Contribute to technical enablement, presentations, communities, intellectual property, mentoring, and readiness activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in cloud or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting, or equivalent experience.
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI security clearance and successful clearance verification.
- Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check and verify U.S. citizenship due to applicable legal restrictions.
- Preferred qualifications include 2+ years in a customer-facing role and 2+ years working on technical projects.
- Preferred qualifications include a relevant bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or a relevant master's degree with 3+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred technical cloud certification, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certifications.
Benefits
- The typical U.S. base pay range is $86,100-$169,800 per year, with a different range for the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The position is open for a minimum of 5 days and accepts applications on an ongoing basis until filled.
