Base Salary
$160k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, deliver, and test innovative native iOS applications using Swift.
- Own the technical direction, architecture, delivery, and outcomes of client engagements.
- Lead and mentor engineers while increasing their autonomy, capability, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with clients, product owners, designers, users, technologists, and company leadership.
- Develop elegant technical solutions for complex business and technical problems.
- Promote strong software architecture, development practices, and adoption of new technologies.
- Support high-quality delivery by proactively identifying and addressing risks.
Requirements
- 9–10+ years of experience designing and building complex commercial-grade software systems.
- 4+ years of experience leading Agile teams.
- Proficiency in Swift and native iOS development tools including SwiftUI and UIKit.
- Experience in consumer banking, including account management and onboarding.
- Familiarity with RESTful API and third-party library integration.
- Knowledge of mobile application continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include fraud management, KYC, AML, regulatory reporting, on-device biometrics, released App Store applications, AppConfig community standards, enterprise app distribution, and AI-assisted development tools.
- A college degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, is a bonus qualification.
