Base Salary
$249k - $325k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define the multi-year technical vision and architecture for AWS and on-premises infrastructure.
- Architect fault-tolerant systems and implement resilience strategies.
- Lead infrastructure security designs and ensure compliance with industry frameworks.
- Maintain core platform services and enforce Infrastructure-as-Code standards.
- Establish incident response frameworks and optimize platform reliability.
- Align technical roadmap with business outcomes and mentor senior technical leaders.
- Promote industry thought leadership through external engagements and contributions.
- Execute daily technical tasks by writing production code and debugging systems.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
- 10 years of experience with production environments and distributed systems design.
- 10 years of experience with AWS Cloud Architecture and Services.
- 8 years of experience in cloud networking and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- 6 years of experience with security controls and cloud security.
- 5 years of experience in backup, restore, and disaster recovery.
