Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Automate high-priority tasks, services, and end-to-end workflows across Infrastructure, Platforms & Operations.
- Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, modules, and workflows for secure enterprise environments.
- Execute the full software development lifecycle for automation projects, from requirements gathering through deployment, maintenance, support, and handoff.
- Create advanced Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell automation scripts and custom operational tools.
- Develop RESTful APIs with FastAPI and Flask to orchestrate automation workflows and integrate enterprise systems.
- Build and optimize infrastructure-as-code solutions with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and service teams in Agile and Scaled Agile environments.
- Apply secure coding practices and comply with enterprise security policies and applicable banking regulations.
- Document solutions, create runbooks, maintain knowledge-base articles, and provide technical support.
- Troubleshoot production issues, participate in on-call rotation as needed, and contribute to automation standards and governance.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience with a BS/BA, 6 years with an MS/MA, or 3 years with a PhD.
- Extensive experience with enterprise software development lifecycles, automation, maintenance, and support.
- Advanced Ansible experience developing playbooks, roles, modules, and workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Expertise building RESTful APIs with FastAPI or Flask and implementing integration patterns for automation orchestration.
- Proficiency with infrastructure as code, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, Windows, and cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or an equivalent background or experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow or ARIA is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile and Scaled Agile environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of secure coding standards and banking environments is preferred.
- US citizenship is required.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
