Base Salary
$85k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop engineering solutions and manage the day-to-day operations of OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters on GCP and Azure.
- Support platform service delivery by defining, monitoring, and meeting SLAs, SLOs, and resolution targets.
- Drive automation initiatives and develop and enforce Infrastructure as Code best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the platform strategy and roadmap.
- Troubleshoot platform technical issues and support incident response and post-mortem analyses.
- Work with platform engineers in a collaborative and continuously improving environment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with platform, DevOps, or site reliability engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Deep technical expertise with OpenShift and/or Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience managing and operating cloud infrastructure on GCP and/or Azure.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles and tools such as Terraform and GitOps.
- Understanding of service management principles, including SLAs, SLOs, and incident management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
