Base Salary
$205k - $308k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the enterprise architecture roadmap in alignment with strategic business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead architectural planning and decision-making across Agile release trains and solution trains using SAFe principles.
- Oversee migration of systems and applications from on-premises data centers to Microsoft Azure, emphasizing scalability, security, and performance.
- Promote cloud-native architecture, Azure PaaS/IaaS services, DevOps automation, and secure enterprise integration patterns.
- Design large-scale healthcare analytics data platforms using Apache Spark, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Guide the integration and operationalization of AI/ML models into enterprise workflows.
- Define architecture standards, reference architectures, and best practices while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, SOC, HITECH, HITRUST, and other healthcare regulations.
- Partner with product owners, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders on solution intent and system architecture.
- Identify and lead remediation of enterprise technical debt and mentor technical teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution architecture roles.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native development.
- 2+ years working within or supporting SAFe environments.
- Deep expertise in Java, Spark, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience integrating and operationalizing AI/ML in enterprise systems.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field required.
- Master’s degree in business administration, health informatics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with healthcare data concepts such as claims, eligibility, clinical, and analytics data is preferred but not required.
