Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data storage and processing solutions using data lakes, distributed databases, and cloud and on-premises technologies.
- Build applications and automated ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, retrieval, reliability, and performance.
- Create batch and real-time data processing solutions using Apache Spark and Flink for analytics and machine learning.
- Design, train, deploy, validate, and monitor supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, deep learning, and AI models.
- Develop fraud detection and risk mitigation models using feature engineering, entity resolution, real-time scoring, and fraud pattern analysis.
- Architect and deploy scalable AWS data processing workflows and cloud-native solutions with security, high availability, and cost optimization.
- Use Terraform to automate provisioning and management of cloud infrastructure and deploy serverless applications with AWS Lambda.
- Maintain data models, data lakes, data warehouses, analytics solutions, query performance, data validation, cleansing, governance, and security practices.
- Support enterprise reporting, business intelligence, regulatory compliance, and decision-support requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in the job offered or as a Lead Software Engineer, Software Engineer/Developer, Programmer Analyst, Technical Lead, or related occupation.
- Experience designing and optimizing machine learning algorithms and AI solutions using Python.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, model evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Experience developing end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion through deployment and monitoring.
- Experience with AWS Glue, AWS Athena, Step Functions, S3, and Elastic MapReduce for ETL, orchestration, storage, and distributed analytics.
- Experience with cloud data warehousing, data modeling, data lakes, business intelligence, data governance, and query optimization.
- Experience authoring Terraform scripts for infrastructure provisioning, repeatability, and compliance.
- Experience developing serverless applications with AWS Lambda and event-driven processing.
- Experience applying deep learning techniques with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience developing fraud detection models and translating business requirements into ML solutions.
