Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, maintain, and govern Power Platform applications, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
- Build automated tools and improve analytical and operational processes to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, policies, and audit readiness for Medical Analytics operations.
- Manage end-to-end access control for Power Platform applications and dashboards.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, regulatory reporting, and accurate delivery of analytics requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and report on project resources, budgets, timelines, and progress.
- Gather stakeholder requirements, translate technical concepts for business users, and serve as the primary Power Platform contact.
- Provide training, perform quality control activities, mentor colleagues, and share knowledge within the team.
- Evaluate new Power Platform features, add-ons, and complementary tools to improve performance cost-effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of application development experience.
- Working experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Python, SQL, Snowflake, and Advanced Excel.
- Experience developing and managing applications.
- Strong project management skills, including prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent planning, design, project management, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or another technical field.
- Excellent written and spoken English and experience working in a global context.
