Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain core product components end to end.
- Develop reliable full-stack features that improve user efficiency.
- Benchmark and fine-tune AI capabilities and integrate LLMs into production contexts.
- Experiment with new models and frameworks to improve production performance.
- Iterate based on data and user feedback while addressing legacy code.
- Build tooling and infrastructure to support data and AI workloads at scale.
- Collaborate closely with founders and team members in a high-ownership environment.
- Help shape the architectural direction as the company scales.
Requirements
- Strong computer science fundamentals and hands-on full-stack experience.
- Ability to work across backend and cloud environments.
- Fluency in Python.
- Hands-on AI/ML experience, including benchmarking, fine-tuning, and production integration of LLMs.
- Experience building robust production systems and automating scalable processes.
- Startup or entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a high-ownership setting.
- Familiarity with Go is a plus.
Benefits
- Salary range of 60,000 to 90,000 EUR annually.
