Base Salary
$135k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, including technical discovery, product presentations, solution design, and proofs of concept.
- Understand customer objectives, technology stacks, project requirements, and technical or business risks.
- Create customized value-based product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
- Assist with RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires while coordinating with internal departments.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success Managers to support customer implementation and launch.
- Relay customer feedback to Product Management, Marketing, and Sales.
- Travel onsite with customers when necessary and contribute to internal Solution Engineering projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Solution Engineering experience selling SaaS or related industry solutions to Marketing and Marketing-adjacent teams.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and business concepts to mixed technical and business audiences.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Preferred experience with content management platforms or similar technologies.
- Preferred familiarity with web technologies, cloud technology, performance metrics, security, and omnichannel digital delivery concepts.
