Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance custom automotive ECU and ADAS software components.
- Plan, execute, and deliver ADAS programs across multiple vehicle platforms.
- Define system requirements and architectures for lane keeping, adaptive cruise control, and collision avoidance features.
- Oversee radar, LiDAR, and camera-based sensor fusion and perception development.
- Lead simulation, validation, and real-world testing for ADAS systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 26262, ASPICE, ISO/SAE 21434, and cybersecurity standards.
- Support cloud-based vehicle data platforms and V2X communication strategies.
- Promote AUTOSAR and model-based development for scalable ADAS solutions.
- Integrate AI/ML and GenAI for perception, decision-making, code generation, test automation, defect prediction, and documentation.
- Coordinate OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, vendors, internal teams, and distributed engineering teams.
- Represent the organization in customer discussions and technical workshops.
- Mentor engineers and domain experts and drive end-to-end ADAS solutioning.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required, with additional information specifying a minimum of 5 years in Automotive ECU Software and the role profile seeking 8 to 14 years in relevant embedded and ADAS experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Automotive engineering.
- Experience in ADAS or autonomous driving technologies, embedded systems, real-time software, and automotive communication protocols.
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, ROS, ADTF, AUTOSAR, and NVIDIA DRIVE SDK.
- Familiarity with ISO 26262, ASPICE, and ISO/SAE 21434.
- Experience with cloud connectivity, V2X communication, AI/ML for perception and decision-making, and model-based development.
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, NVIDIA Isaac Sim, and GenAI engineering tools.
- Knowledge of lane keeping, adaptive cruise control, collision avoidance, radar, LiDAR, camera perception, E/E architectures, and zonal ECUs.
- Knowledge of CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS, and DoIP communication protocols and tools including CANoe, PREEvision, and Functional Architecture.
- Exposure to global automotive markets and regulatory environments.
