Base Salary
$264k - $347k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a multi-layered organization of Solution Engineering managers serving global financial institutions.
- Partner with Sales leadership to achieve regional quota and consumption targets across complex banking, insurance, and capital markets sales cycles.
- Guide customers through AI-led transformation using Cortex AI, agentic workflows, and governed enterprise AI in regulated environments.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources and ensure technical alignment with regional and regulatory requirements.
- Advise revenue leaders on sales strategy, industry-specific product gaps, and financial services trends including real-time risk, fraud detection, and AI-driven customer 360.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and services on governance, security, latency, scale, and roadmap requirements.
- Recruit industry talent, develop the leadership bench, and coach leaders on executive presentations, consultative selling, AI-native workflows, and technical architecture.
Requirements
- 15+ years of industry experience in a sales or pre-sales capacity.
- Strong technical understanding of cloud data platforms, data warehousing, data sharing, and AI applications across banking, risk, ERP, and CRM sources.
- Experience guiding organizations through AI and GenAI transformation, including governance, security, and risk considerations for regulated industries.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and executive stakeholders, including whiteboards, live demos, and formal presentations.
- Consultative sales approach and ability to map complex business challenges to cloud data platform and AI solutions.
- Strategic understanding of enterprise sales cycles and ability to manage complex deals from discovery through close.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Hands-on familiarity with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms is preferred.
- Experience scaling AI, GenAI, and agentic workflows across teams, prior technical go-to-market leadership for large financial institutions, and understanding of data collaboration and marketplace ecosystems are preferred.
