Responsibilities
- Work with Commercial, Product, Engineering, and customers to identify high-impact workflow and operational problems.
- Build end-to-end software solutions including AI-powered workflows, internal tools, customer-specific automations, data migrations, dashboards, and integrations.
- Own solutions from problem discovery through design, implementation, production release, monitoring, and improvement.
- Join customer conversations to understand workflows, validate assumptions, and translate operational complexity into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure reliability, security, observability, and maintainability standards.
- Operate effectively in ambiguous environments and prioritize solutions by business impact.
Requirements
- Several years of software engineering experience, ideally in a startup or similarly broad and fast-paced environment with end-to-end ownership.
- Strong experience with TypeScript and React, plus comfort working across the stack with APIs and cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS.
- Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-based workflows for practical business problems.
- Strong curiosity about customer workflows, pragmatic product judgment, and the ability to work with ambiguity and incomplete information.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in German and English.
