Base Salary
$212k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop deployment automation tools for microservices on Kubernetes.
- Create and maintain internal tools like CLIs and dashboards to enhance developer productivity.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable deployment strategies.
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure deployment reliability.
- Drive improvements in onboarding and deployment processes for consistency and security.
- Produce technical documentation and lead training sessions for team proficiency.
- Partner with various teams to evolve deployment tooling and enhance developer experience.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Six years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
- Five years of experience with design patterns and software architecture.
- Proficiency in C#, Java, C, C++, or SQL.
- Three years of experience with Cloud Computing/Virtualization environments including Docker.
- Two years of experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD.
- One year of experience with ArgoCD.
