Responsibilities
- Architect and lead advanced CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automated deployment solutions.
- Design cloud-native infrastructure for highly available and fault-tolerant applications.
- Lead incident response, performance tuning, and capacity planning across systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams on platform scalability, security, and compliance.
- Implement observability, monitoring, alerting, and self-healing mechanisms.
- Mentor engineers and establish DevOps standards, reusable frameworks, and internal tooling.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive adoption of modern DevOps patterns to improve velocity and reliability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, or platform engineering.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure; Terraform or Pulumi; and CI/CD tooling.
- Deep experience with Kubernetes, service mesh, and microservices infrastructure.
- Strong background in system observability, logging, and incident response.
- Excellent problem-solving, mentorship, and communication skills.
